Amazing Thailand has many great vegan options. I love how they mark on the menu what foods can be made vegan.

Love the ambience of this place; dining area is romantic with wonderful Thai elements. Nice little "side alley" for outside dining. Portions are always very large, and they use lots of colorful veggies in their stirfry dishes.They provide the extra condiment tray if you request, to add additional spice/heat to your meal. The service is generally very fast, friendly and efficient.

Favorite Thai - Edit
Amazing Thailand is my favorite Thai place in the Twin Cities. I love their dedicated vegan menu and their happy hour drink specials are tasty. Service is quick, and the servers seem to understand what vegan means.
My favorite is pad Thai with extra Chinese broccoli. Portions are large and the price reasonable.
