Great variety

They had a vegan special and vegan dessert! I wish the menu were labeled more clearly on what could be made vegan, but you can easily tell. We got the mushroom burrito and the vegan fish less tacos (special). Their retired beans and rice are vegan and they have several options.

Fantastic!

They have a separate veg menu, and while I've only had Amaya's a couple times, it seems the most promising. Next time I go, I'll ask about their vegan desserts. I'm just happy to have had some yummy fajitas!

Pros: Friendly staff, Inexpensive

It would've been 5 stars, if HappyCow would've permit the option!

Due to HappyCow's algorithm with rating, I was only able to award Amaya's 4/5 stars. While Amaya's is not exclusively a vegan/vegetarian restaurant, I believe the establishment makes vegan and vegetarianism accessible and alluring to everyone, and could serve as an important gateway introduction to the aforementioned lifestyles for those of other nutritional lifestyles.

Tino Amaya does exemplary work among the highest degree I’ve ever seen in restaurants of the same ilk.

I truly appreciate the restaurant's willingness to be so involved in every step of the restaurant’s process, the evident commitment to growth and constant evolution.
Ever since they did that vegan pop up event, with Jacquelyn Jones (famous vegan chef from SolCollective on The Great Food Truck Race on the The Food Network) they've merited a lifetime of my patronage!

I like what their team does. Their efforts and tireless striving are not going unnoticed!

Pros: INCREDIBLE Vegan and Vegetarian Menu Items, Fresh, Organic Ingredients

Cons: Not open on Sundays, Must ask for the vegan/vegetarian menu separately, Vegan desserts are not listed on the menu
