It's located in an atmospheric neighborhood and the friendly staff puts you in a great mood! The food not completely, though: the vegan club Sandwich was really juicy and great, the hummus platter and patatas were only mediocre though and they only had old, dry bread for us to go with the hummus😄still, we were lucky to find the place open in the night when most places around where already closing

Tasty Moments in a Tasty Town! - Edit
Amapola is a wonderful hidden gem in the backstreets of the 'Albors' district. Although they are not a fully veggie or vegan cafe we were delighted to find more than houmous or tostado can tomate on their menu😄Staff are super helpful and did their best to explain to us in English what was on offer for vegans. I had the trio of houmous with vegetables (carrot sticks), mushroom rice, and a coffee with soya milk. All the food was delicious and the coffee was pretty good by Spanish standards! There were plenty more options to choose from like a Mediterranean wrap and veggie burger as well as a number of salads which had seitan and quinoa in them. A quiet and cool place to relax on a summers day. I will definitely be back again to sample the rest of the menu!
