very good smoothies - Edit
Came here for lunch, the place is beautifully decorated, spiritual and also sells stones, books and tarot cards. They have the best smoothies. I had the mango peanut butter smoothie and it was delicious. The food is also really great and the stuff is very nice.

Restaurant not fully open for all advertised hours - Edit
Their listed hours on their front door are Tuesday to Saturday from 10:30am to 6pm. However they are not open all of those hours. I was there today at 5pm and they were already closed. I asked the laundromat next door about Amanita and they said Amanita was still doing remodeling inside and they aren't fully open yet as a result. They don't have a dependable website to write to them in advance, because their website refers to their Reiki healing center, not to the restaurant; and their Instagram page says nothing, as it seems to have just been created.
Read moreThe restaurant is also tiny and hard to find. I found the map app did not locate them, either with Apple or Google. I had hoped they would be open, to I could ask them whether the address listed on Happy Cow was correct or not.

Perhaps the best smoothie in Thailand - Edit
I came by Amanita on my way to leave Koh Lanta and ordered a quick mango peanut butter smoothie and coffee. The Amanita smoothies completely caught me by surprise. Not only was it the most delicious thing I've gotten in a long time, but I felt full and happy for the rest of the day. The ingredients were fresh and healthy, and the owner was happy to break down what exactly went into my smoothie. Highest recommendation from me, I look forward to being back.
