Very limited vegan options - Edit
The vegan options were gyoza, linguini, and an improvised sorbet dessert. It was quite good, but for $110 per person (including one bottle of wine between two) it did feel like vegans were missing out on some value. The venue was lovely, view is very nice and we spotted wildlife including kangaroos whilst we were there

Tasty vegan options - Edit
Visited in January 2019. The vegetarian menu on their website seems to be outdated. Current menu (pic uploaded) has more items and indicates what's vegan. I had the gyoza entree and the tofu main and both were delicious. Highly recommend booking. We were lucky and showed up early (6.30) without a booking but others were turned away.

cozy restaurant seperate vegetarian menu - Edit
I found this restaurant through word of mouth, on their menu it says ‘ask for our vegetarian menu’. Staff are friendly, i ordered the tofu dish which was delicious and spicy. There is also a vegan pasta. I didnt ask about the wines as i had a cocktail, and i wasnt hungry enough to ask if there was any vegan option for entree (on the menu they all contain cheese). They also had a vegan dessert special on the board- mojito sorbet and fruit.
