Read moreI don't think the soup tasted medicinal, but had a soy milk sesame/miso flavour which I loved.
Everything was tasty and it was my first time eating a meal like this.
Start by adding rice into your bowl, then various vegetables and top with soup. Great on a cold day!

We were able to eat a vegan version of Amami Oshima's local cuisine.
Read moreThe atmosphere of the restaurant was very good and the service staff was very knowledgeable about veganism. The taste was also very delicious, so if I come to Kagoshima again, I will definitely come to the restaurant.
