Bit of an odd set up, good range but a lot sold out

They have Bahn mi and rice bowls however when I went a lot were sold out. They predominantly appear to do takeaway but you can sit in the coffee shop to eat (albeit from takeaway containers). The ingredients of each dish are listed in Vietnamese, so be sure to get one without egg. I went with a Vietnamese colleague so this wasn't an issue, but it may be more difficult if you can't translate.
