Lovely and filling - Edit
My first meal in Phu Yen - I had Mi Quang, which was rather nice and filling. Their menu looks extensive too with lots of options. I dined here for at least three more times. The sour soup and braised tofu were spot on. The spring rolls and boiled veggies were a bit off. But overall, lovely food with fair price. Plus, the restaurant is clean.

English menue now available - Edit
It was very delicious! We had a Lotus salad, vegan sushi, veggis caramelised dip and Tofu with mushrooms. Staff did not speak English but they had an English menue (other than stated in the above information). Great variety of different naturally vegan dishes.
