Yum! - Edit
We got 2 of the vegan bagel sandwiches and they were very tasty! They were out of vegan mayo so they subbed vegan ranch on the sandwiches and it was so good. The tempeh bacon was flavorful! For the sides we got the vegan butternut squash chili and chips and mango salsa. Both were good! The chili definitely has a kick, but very delicious and flavorful. We wanted to try their vegan Reuben but their deep fryer was broken. We will be back to try it!

Thrive bar is simply the most amazing place in the world. It is here I had the best gluten free bagel sandwich I have ever had in my life. It was the Blasted Vegan and it was aptly named because it blasted me off into sensational plant based paradise. Also had the green smoothie, quite good, and the chili, quite good as well, they put vegan cheese without me even having to ask. Thrive bar love you lots .. Stay frosty

Meh - Edit
We came, because nothing else was open and I’m vegan. The food was ok. Cold bagel sandwiches. The coffee was bad and it was actually kinda pricey. I was surprised that they don’t cut or toast a bagel sandwich. Left full, had to go get a different coffee. The service was very good and at least I could eat.

Low quality high price - Edit
When you’re craving a healthy meal this place just doesn’t deliver and they charge a lot to disappoint. Acai bowl is pathetic. Very little fruit, a pinch of granola, and served in a plastic container.

It was ok - Edit
Stopped for a quick lunch. We shared avocado toast which was pretty tasty & the Thai Sunshine Salad which was severely overdressed. They did offer to remake it, but we opted for some extra greens to mix in which made it edible, but recommend getting dressing on the side for this one. Also had the Acai Triple Berry with oat milk & it was not too sweet which was nice. The staff was friendly & our dog was allowed on the patio which is always appreciated.

Food was excellent. I had the Tempeh Reuben. Had clearly marked Vegan options on the menu- many other items could be made Vegan. They also have lots of drink options with a full coffee bar.

Perfect place for a nice and quick lunch. The bagel/avocado/tempeh bacon is as delicious and topped it off with a turmeric kombucha. Yummy.

Great Food, Great Staff - Edit
We were in Mount Shasta for a few days & loved Alua's Thrive Bar! We ate their 3 times in two days. We had the Butternut Chili, Blasted Vegan Bagel, Protein Mushroom Nut shake (with vegan protein) and Mango Dragon shake (hold the collagen). They are happy to veganize most items on the menu. They are open every day of the week from 8-5.

Mediocre at best - Edit
We had the butternut bowl and the bourbon pecan bowl and a bowl of the chili. The food was uninspired and one note. Don’t waste your time. the nitro brew was flat and the matcha was mostly bitter. It seems like they may just be going through the motions.

Vegan Quality - Edit
So tasty! We came in to get a meal to go before snowboarding and were pleasantly surprised by having healthy and quality vegan options to choose from. We picked a vegan bagel with tempeh bacon, tomato, sprouts, avocado, and vegan mayo. Our side was vegan butternut chili. Both of these were very tasty and wholesome. We are stoked to have a new vegan option that leaves you feeling light and fresh.

Delicious vegan meal options, fast friendly service - Edit
We had a Blasted Vegan (or vegan blast), Triple Berry Açaí, and Vegan Chili (spicy), which were all delicious. Alua’s Thrive Bar is a great find. There was lots of space for socially distanced seating indoors (it was cold outside), and plenty of outside seating. Love the floors!

Great muffins! - Edit
I stopped in for breakfast because it has that tag. I was disappointed to discover that the vegan bagels they make (a delicious sounding bagel sandwich) aren’t available until 10:00. I was traveling through so could not experience one. They had several pre-made wraps in the cooler and the thai wrap I got was tasty. What blew me away, though, was the Smart Berry Muffin I got... wow, was it delicious!
