Great vegan options

Excellent vegan options! Was able to pick from apps, salads, and mains for food. I was able to have a couple meals at Altezza during a trip to visit family, and I was completely satisfied and impressed after each meal. Servers were aware of vegan and menu was marked. Kids were satisfied, too!

Pros: Vegan options, Not just boring vegan options

Appetizers are incredible and the main entrees are spectacular. Having a whole plant based menu was a fantastic idea.

Pros: Plant based masterpieces! , Lovely staff, Delicious

Wonderful plant based menu with an incredible view!

Altezza at the Peaks is a great new friend to all plant based diners. The new management team is very committed to catering to overall wellness and at the core is a separate plant based menu. Included on that menu are several oil free options as well. The mushroom ragout is loaded with all kinds of flavorful wild shrooms on top of polenta and it was so delicious that I didn't even notice that it was oil free! The salads are all fresh and available with an oil free dressing. All items are clearly marked if they are glluten free or oil free or both!
There is an amazing deck and a wall of windows on the inside with the best restaurant view in Telluride. It is a perfect place to witness the sun setting over the San Juans.
Don't miss the experience especially if you are plant based.
