Nice Chinese-style kitchen

The food was more Chinese than Korean food. Friendly, English speaking staff. Professional chefs😄

The first restaurant run by plant-based food tech company.

We need more restaurants like this. Plant-based food company should be able to provide direct experiences to customers. Some menus are pricy but tastes good. Their chefs are trained kitchen staffs too.

Veganized Chinese-Korean

Alt.A is a new vegan restaurant and it specializes in Korean-Chinese food (yes, that is an existing cuisine).

Their menu is large and consists of classic dishes (Jjajangmyeon, Jjamppong, fried rice, Mapo tofu, sweet and sours etc) and also a couple of dishes that are not easy to find in veganized versions.

They use their company's own meat alternatives to veganize the dishes.

The food here looks nice, but I found the taste a bit underwhelming (what I had was either bland or overseasoned). I feel like the quality is not consistent, yet, and am hoping this will improve in the future.

Jjajangmyeon and Jjamppong etc appear cheap, but the portions are small. Eventually eating here gets expensive quickly.

The restaurant is spacious and there's outdoor seating next to the road. The atmosphere is clean and elegant with a touch of retro.

Pros: many options, taste ok (could be better)

Cons: expensive, small portions, non-vegan restaurants make better vegan options...

Exceeded expectations!!! Best JJ myeong n jangpong

Tho we order only 3 dishes, it's enough to be blown away by their taste. Their soup for JP is amazing. Their JJM taste better than what I've eaten before I turn plant based for 3 years. Amazing... Amazing

Pros: Plant based menu , Reasonable price , Amazing taste.

Cons: Didn't order enough to give any

The best Jjamppong and JJmyeon I've eaten in Seoul.. They are Michelin standard food!!! I'm going have a bowl everyday.
Chinese-Korean at its best, Alt.a!

Pros: lots of options, super yummy food, they are to die for, fair pricing
