Talking to the owner and chefs a bit, they’re a relatively new food truck from Lakewood! One of them works for an urban farm in Lakewood. Locally sourced ingredients!

Had the pesto bowl and the seitan was some of the best I’ve ever had. The bowl was full of nutrient dense ingredients and healthy while being filling. Also super nice guys that run it.
