Elegant, simple, delicious!

The menu is a build your own ramen checklist, the base is vegan and you pick toppings for protein, extra portions and add-ons. The protein for vegans are mushrooms, I went without but added a bunch of other fun vegan things. The noodles were perfect and the flavor was excellent.

The vibe inside is dimly lit, classic/cozy in the back dining room and a small bar and upscale lounge style feel out front - and people were dressed up - so not your typical ramen house feel at all.

The staff were friendly and overall it was a really nice experience and a definite repeat.

Best ramen in town!

What a treat to have an adorable ramen shop in town that has a solid vegan option. Also has edamame and a great wine list!
