Raw Goodness - Edit
This is a raw, vegan, health-focused cafe that serves delightfully delicious juices, smoothies, and food. Even if you do not regularly eat vegan food, I recommend- it certainly is a treat! This is a place I plan to eat at regularly. :)

Great food, friendly environment - Edit
I just visited for the first time today and really enjoyed it. I don't know what the previous review meant by bad energy or questionable motives. I did not get a bad vibe at all. It felt very aloha, peaceful and positive to me. Everyone I encountered there were very friendly and easy to talk to.
My friend and I shared Rawvioli, Pad Thai, and Tiramisu. Everything was delicious and fresh. The presentation was excellent. The price for 2 meals and a dessert was very reasonable ($30), especially considering that fresh raw gourmet can be a challenging business to run. We chatted for a while with the chef and went on our way. It was a very pleasant experience and we will be returning next time we are on that side of the island.

Onolicious! - Edit
My husband and I ventured in not knowing what to expect especially after reading the one and only strange review. Our experience was truly great - the vibe was easy going, relaxed and intimate. We so appreciated the love that went in to the food preparation and the quality of ingredients we could taste in every bite. The chef and his lovely partner personally attended to us. Both were sweet, informative and inspirational. The food itself was outstanding. The menu changes daily and was very small with a choice of one soup, one salad, and/or entree and a variety of juices and smoothies. We had one of each and each item was incredibly delicious. In fact, we liked it so much we ordered a second round of everything! The presentation was beautiful, truly raw gourmet. The prices were fair as were the portions. We did miss out on the desserts which we hear are outstanding and would have been happy with some sweet fruit, like rollinia, egg fruit, mango, or even something simple like a bowl of fresh strawberries. Even without a sweet finish, we were more than just content with our experience. We were quite pleased with everything and will be telling as many people as we know. We hope this places takes off. The Big Island has needed some alternative health food and raw vegan cuisine is exactly what the doctor ordered. I am so glad to know this restaurant is only 90 minutes away and look forward to more gourmet raw experiences at Aloha Wellness Cafe. The only thing we can see that is questionable here is the motive of the person who wrote the first strange review. Between the two of us, we give it four thumbs up.
Pros: nice location - quiet, healthy excellent food, peaceful environment
