Enttäuschung - Edit
Leider nur eine fertige Bowl vorgefunden "No Chicken Run" Aus Soja. Der Reis war nicht gut, das No Chicken war gerade so essbar, die Beilagen langweilig, nur die Angestellte war gut, sie war sehr nett und bemüht. 17 € für die Bowl ist weit überbezahlt, aber am Flughafen auch nicht anders erwartet. Ich esse es nicht auf und hol mir noch irgendwo Pommes!

Premade vegan poke bowl - Edit
The stall is near the K75 gate. The poke bowls are all premade. The ingredients in the sole vegan option "No Chicken" (rice, avocado, shredded carrot, cherry tomatoes, edamame, and I believe soy-based "chicken") were of questionable quality, at least in my particular bowl. Some of the ingredients were inedible for me, so I pushed them aside. Disappointing for 17€!

Vegan Options at Madrid Airport - Edit
I asked in broken Spanish if they had anything vegan to which they replied they had one vegan "no-chicken" bowl (17€) and one vegan sandwich (8€). I choose the bowl. It was a lot of food but cold and bland. Still, I'm happy to have found a decent vegan option.
