Potential for variety

This place uses a build your own poke approach. There's a big list of items, vegan ones indicated, and you pick what you want. You get something nice at the end. It would be nice if they had more vegan options for protein.

Pros: Customizable, Friendly staff

Cons: Not fully vegan, Only one type of vegan protein
