Me and my girlfriend had one bean and one lentil soup. It was very nice and only cost 20

Lots of Soup! - Edit
This soup stand, along with their other 2 branches (further up Jaffa Road and on the Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall), offers a wonderful selection of vegan soups, including kubeh. The service is really friendly, the chef was even happy to pose for photographs, the portions are generous, and there are plenty of places to sit outside and people watch. A great option for a quick and inexpensive meal, especially on a cold day!
