A hidden gem - Edit
I absolutely LOVED my meal at Alma Vegana. Alma, the owner, made all the food with a lot of love and care, with well-thought out ingredients and great flavours. The location is central, and the store is small but cosy, with cute decorations. By far the highlight was Alma herself, who made us feel so welcome, chatted to us whilst cooking and just exuded love and kindness.

Cute spot run by the sweetest woman - Edit
Stumbled on this spot with a google search while driving through Chignahuapan. They were supposed to be closed, but the owner Alma made us burgers and various drinks anyway. She was so sweet and her food was absolutely delicious. We felt so lucky to find this restaurant!
