Good food, great people - Edit
Came in wanting something light but knew I wanted a little more than meatballs and marinara so got a little linguini as well. The meatballs were a little mushy but otherwise quite convincing for eggplant and mushrooms. Everything else was great. Marinara was a tad sweet but complimented the garlic bread. Very attentive and responsive staff or owner. Told her I was looking for a.vegan restaurant so I wouldn't be tempted by someplace with cheese and she rewarded me with a cookie. Will definitely try their 'grilled cheese" next time I'm in Burbank

Small cafe with excellent lattes and pasta - Edit
Ordered the butternut squash gnocci and pasta alfredo, both were excellent, mid-priced and portions were normal-siding on smaller sizes. Really tasty oat-milk latte.

Delicious! Organic Vegan in Burbank - Edit
I was so incredibly pleased to discover Alma Organic last week, right when it opened. It used to be Burbank Tea House, and now it’s a hip and happening spot to dine - or just grab a coffee and a yummy cookie or muffin to go. The zucchini brown sugar muffins were a daily special when I walked in and damn! I wish they had those every day. Coffee was smooth and rich, I ordered a soy latte - but they also offer almond milk, oat milk and coconut milk, if I remember correctly. The grilled vegetable sandwich is soooo good (normally a bland vegan option at other restaurants - NOT HERE! It’s big on flavor and totally satisfying.) The pasta Alfredo is phenomenal - cooked in a cauliflower cashew cream sauce. My fave is the grilled cheese though, what can I say, I’m a kid at heart!!!
