No more vegan friendly than others - Edit
I'm sure this is a fine place, but HappyCow puts a spotlight on vegan friendliness. One improvised dish with no declarations and no replacement products is something that any restaurant can do, so this is not a top pick IMHO.

Delicious vegan rosti - Edit
Had a wonderful lunch here while we waited out a passing shower. There's a vegetable rosti on the menu which can be made vegan on request. Delightful sautéed vegetables and great rosti. Third generation family restaurant that was a highlight of our trip to Zermatt!
