Vegan restaurant opened Mar 2015 in the Rose Park neighborhood. Offers familiar favorites like pho and banh mi but also puts a meatless twist on other Vietnamese staples. Simple space with plenty of seating. Open Tue-Thu 11:00am-2:00pm, Tue-Wed 5:00pm-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 12:00pm-9:00pm, Sun 12:00pm-8:00pm.

I stopped by right as they opened on Sunday to order to go. The staff was SUPER friendly and warm. I had the chickn teriyaki sandwich. It was very tasty and fresh. I'm working my way towards veganism, vegetarian for now. I haven't had meat for about 9 months, not on purpose anyway. The chickn in the sandwich was very good and tasted just like real teriyaki chicken, I kept staring at it and nibbling it and I still can't find a difference. I'm excited to go back again.

I came here because of the outstanding reviews, and was disappointed. The food is mediocre. The spring rolls were almost flavorless because 95% of them are noodles and lettuce. There were just specs of carrot and protein. The ginger tofu was boring and odd with all the veggies cold but the tofu hot. The limeade was like sickly sweet syrup, I couldn’t even finish it. I definitely wanted to like this more!

This place was so so delicious!! I’m a huge fan of Vegan Bowl in SLC and found the menu to be eerily similar, so I asked the gentleman helping me and he said that they are both owned by the same family! The lemongrass bahn mi and vegan nuggets did not disappoint!! Will be going back very soon for some more yummy food!

First real meal in SLC that tasted fresh and like real food. I had lemongrass seitan and spring rolls. I can’t wait to go back. This is a family-run spot and is no frills. If you are looking for delicious food you are in the right place.
