Vegan breakfast

Super creative breakfast with beetroot hash and tomato chickpea stew. You need to order toast separately which is annoying. I hope they fix that.

Great to See the Chains Offering Good Vegan Options

I always thought that All Bar One existed purely for dolled up twenty-somethings to drink and 'go on the pull' on a Saturday night. I think that's still a big part of AB1, but it's now a good place for people to go for coffee during the day and it's now a decent place for vegans to go as there's a good number of vegan options on the menu.

At the time I went they offered two courses for £10.95 (or three courses for £13.95) from a set menu so I went for the vegan options on that: Avocado/salsa bruschetta to start, a supergreen laska for main and a coconut & raspberry sorbet for dessert. There was barely any avocado on the bruschetta (completely overpowered by the salsa). The laska was decent, but a bit bland. The sorbet was fine. So overall I'd say that the food (on the set menu) wasn't anything special.

The Wimbledon All Bar One is very centrally located by the overground station. It's nice inside and the staff were good.

It was all good value and it's a surprisingly good place to go for dinner. I'll be back to try more of the menu, but not top marks for now.
