De belles options véganes en prêt-à-manger - Edit
Nous avons acheté des salades, parmi beaucoup de choix, et des focaccias véganes, satisfaisantes comparé au peu de choix véganes à Rimouski.

2019 Super Expansion! - Edit
After a massive expansion in the spring of 2019 this store now includes a cafe/deli (made-to-order eat in or take away), more prepared food and take-away options, and a truly exceptional artisanal bakery.

Change is good... and tasty! - Edit
Alina has completely changed this year! It now looks like a real grocery store with tasty options...! They now offer a great variety of home made salads and meals (+ gorgeous home made brownies...). If you are in a rush for lunch time, you can go there and grad a quick yet tasty and healthy option (many of which are vegan). Barley and kale pesto salad, red and yellow beets salad with raspberry vinegar, and did I mention the brownies? Recipes change regularly. However, there are no tables to chill out and enjoy your lunch... maybe in the future?

More food, less pills please - Edit
In this rather small store at least 1/3 of the floor space is devoted to supplements. This is way too much considering just about every drugstore and grocery in town also has supplements. What is really needed is a wide variety of real foods (meaning whole and preferably in bulk) that the other stores do not offer. What they do offer though is fresh, of good quality and interesting. The staff should be trained WRT whole foods and related equipment. During my last visit, no one but the guy at the supplements counter knew what a sprouter was. They should also get rid of the "esoterical stuff", this is a "health foods store" not a "spiritual reseller".
Read morePros: freshness, quality, friendly staff
Cons: poorly trained staff, too many supplements, too much \
