There are a lot of beach bars with sunbeds at the Lambi Beach. The further you are away from the center of Kos the better and less crowded it gets in my opinion. The Alibaba Beach Bar has a nice vibe with enought space between sunbeds and all accomondations you need (changing room, showers, chilly sound, service at the sunbeds). Nice staff and good food. There are a few vegan options on the menu as well for breakfast (pancakes, bowls) and lunch/dinner (philly cheescake etc.) they serve to the sunbed or in their restaurant.

We've been there twice and loved it. The vegan options are incredibly special and yummy. 😍 The first time we had a milkshake and today we went for the pulled jackfruit burger - omg. 😍 Apart from the food especially the super heartwarming team and the amazing location and interieur made our stay soo special each time. Love this beachbar! You can lay down the whole day on their beach beds and you only have to order one drink. Really relaxed atmosphere! They have a few vegan options such as (milk)shakes and smoothie bowls. The food and drinks are delicious, but a bit expensive in comparison to other places in Kos. Recommend this place for cold drinks and smoothiebowls.

Homemade, tasty vegan options - Edit
Menu includes various vegan options such as pancakes, bowls, jackfruit sandwich and burger, and even a vegan protein smoothie. Everything we tried was really good and noticeably homemade. If you want to eat vegetarian, there are countless further options which include either milk or cheese.

Vegan banana pancake, vegan burger (jackfruit), vegan breakfast bowl (açai), shakes and smoothies. All really good. They understand “vegan” and told me they have been catering for us for a while. They proudly emphasise vegan stuff on their advertising materials. Pleasant open air covered restaurant area. Customers are given subbed on the beach for free.
