Terrible! Doesn't know what vegan means. Rude, ignorant and dismissive. Food is regular, I can do better at home. - Edit
Absolutely terrible customer service. The owner i believe was a rude, impatient and dismissive old lady when we asked simple questions about portion sizes and recommendations, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than customers. She rushed us, gave unhelpful responses and showed very little willingness to assist us. I ordered a Margherita from the vegan menu, which explicitly stated it came with Violife cheese, but was served a non-vegan version instead. When I raised the issue, the owner insisted I should have specifically requested it vegan despite it being on the vegan menu, and I was made to pay again for their mistake. Completely unacceptable service, and I would not recommend this restaurant.

Authentic Italian dishes with vegan options - Edit
There is a separate vegan menu with multiple choices. The funghi pasta dish is mwah, as is the orecchiete with roast vegetables.

I can confirm they still have a full separate vegan menu and the staff are very sweet. It's obviously a family-run business. Lots of choice, including drinks-wise, vegan cheese, and a cosy interior. The lady serving us allowed me to practise my extremely basic Italian and was very patient. Can't wait to go back!

Decent Italian Food - Edit
If you like Italian food then this place is a good bet. They have a separate vegan menu with starters, pizzas with Violife vegan cheese and pasta dishes. We had the pizzas and garlic bread which were all pretty tasty and there was plenty of the cheese.
Read moreWe did find the place a bit empty and the atmosphere was rather lacklustre. The staff were very welcoming and friendly but the whole place was definitely missing something. Not necessarily the place to go for a fun or romantic evening but the food will definitely do the job.

Lovely food. Fresh and made with care and attention. Separate vegan menu with pizza and pasta options and plenty of choices for sides and starters. Vegan ice cream available for pudding.
