Good to see vegan options

Alexander surf club has now got a few vegan options on their menu.
I had to ask about the garlic bread which was stated on their menu as “vegan and dairy free,” the waitress went to check for me. She returned and was very apologetic and said that it is not vegan and it’s a very big mistake on the menu.
I had the mushroom risotto vegan option which was nice enough.
Just double check on the vegan labelled dishes on the menu before ordering.
Plenty of room for improvement, staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I’m sure their restaurant will get better as time goes by.
