It’s great here! There are loads of vegan options available, and most things that aren’t vegan can be made as such. They have alternative milks, and most things are made fresh so dietary requirements can be easily met.
Read moreThey serve various juices, smoothies, protein shakes, milkshakes and hot drinks, as well as serving food and snacks. Food includes soup which is usually vegan, breakfast rolls and full breakfasts, with a vegetarian full breakfast available (vegetable sausages used). There’s also a few freshly baked pastries, and there’s a vegan blueberry croissant which I find absolutely delicious 😋
You can also build your own hot box, in which you select a protein, base, veggies, toppings, a sauce and some extras. Vegan options are available in all areas, and all veggie/vegan options are all clearly labelled on their menu.
If you’re staying within a mile radius, they also deliver! It’s particularly useful if you work in the area, as the food makes for a hearty and healthy lunch. If you do have the time and you’re only visiting Lancaster, I’d recommend sitting in the cafe to eat, it’s a nice, chilled atmosphere, and the staff are really friendly and helpful 😊
As a bonus, they’re quite an eco-conscious place too, using paper straws and napkins made from recycled materials.
