a great selection of soy based products i.e. yogurts, milks, cheeses, tofus as well as seitan, nutritional yeast, gluten-free items, coffees, coconut flour, umeboshi plums, organic vegetables and a variety of spices. Particularly stoked I found Kala Namak salt!

I found this place really pleasant and my shopping experience very nice. The supermarket looks really modern and is bright and spacious. There are many vegan products on offer, such as soy products, chocolate, cookies and also a lot of raw food like raw chocolate bars and musli bars. The product range reminded me of the German Basic chain supermarkets.
The prices were ok, not more expensive than anywhere else, maybe even a little cheaper.

Unfortunately the location is not in the very centre of the city, it's about a ten minutes walk from the train station - but as I was staying in this area, that was ok for me.

Nice, clean and well-assorted organic supermarket with lots of vegan products, as described above under "Info". The range of products is large, but the aisles are somewhat narrow -- so better use the smaller baskets. I particularly like that most fruit and veg are labelled with their origin, which is often close to Bremen for regional produce such as apples. Same for a large part of the flour range -- by Bauckhof. There's a "wanted/for sale" wall next to the checkout.
