Translations are misleading - Edit
The vegan options are quite limited and their understanding of vegan hamburger equals a fried beyond meat patty only. No buns and nothing else.

Ho preso le zeppole di alghe (del buon pane fritto ma le alghe si sentono poco) e la fresella, ora non ho metri di paragone dato che non l'avevo mai mangiata prima, quindi non so se il pane debba essere così bagnato e molliccio, comunque non è stata di mio gusto.
Mi dispiace non poter dare le 4 stelle, forse le altre opzioni vegane sono più buone, comunque lo segnalo perché in dieci giorni in Toscana è stato l'unico posto che ho visto con un vegan burger e ha anche le polpette.
