Only a few vegan options but they are amazing

After a nice drive from the Seattle airport we looked for a place for dinner & found Alder Wood Bistro. It said reservations recommended so I made the first reservation I could at 7pm for an outdoor table. We got there at 6:45 & waited until 7ish for our table, they were right about reservations, there were a lot of people. We were able to see the menu while waiting & there were 2 vegan options. Pizza & a plant based plate. So we got both. A coconut based cheese was an extra fee to add to the pizza, I got it on my half of the pizza & it was super yummy, almost like a ricotta & didn’t taste at all like coconut. The plant based plate was so tasty, lots of fresh veggies, beet hummus & the best crispy potatoes I’ve ever had. We were talking about our meal for a few days post.

Pros: Fresh veggies, Plant based plate is amazing!

Cons: Only a few vegan options, Vegan cheese on pizza is extra
