格蘭山麥烘焙坊 bakery is a studio that's not open to the public, but you can order bread to be delivered to your door or to any 7-Eleven or FamilyMart location you specify in Taiwan. Sells their breads at farmers market locations around Taipei and New Taipei City. Mills their own grain to make 100% whole grain sourdough bread loaves. Most of the handful of weekly flavors (posted on facebook) are vegan.
