El servicio es excelente, el lugar y ambiente súper agradables y la comida está muy rica. Un buen lugar para asistir en Tegucigalpa si eres una persona vegana. Recomendables los choripanes veganos.

Best vegan friendly in Tegus - Edit
Albedrio is well located new Boulevard Suyapa. The restaurant's menu is 50% vegan which is surprising to find in Tegucigalpa. Its menu varies from bowls, pasta, tacos, paella, among others and uses vegetable protein ingredients such as tofu and seitan. I like the varied availability they have. Sometimes I find new seasonal options like tamales, a National dish eaten in December. This restaurant is worth a visit.

Deserves five stars - Edit
First off, in a country where Pollolandia is as ubiquitous as mosquitos, even a partially vegetarian/vegan restaurant is truly miraculous. I was gobsmacked at how diverse and delicious their vegan options were. They offer a 50/50 split of vegan and meat options. All of the vegetarian dishes can be altered to vegan dishes. I would highly recommend starting off with the vegan eggplant ceviche-- holy frickin' moly, it was amazing. They also have lovely desserts, including a vegan brownie and a chocolate avocado mousse (we sampled both, they were huge and scrumptious). Everything was freshly made and had wonderful flavors. I had cauliflower tacos as my main dish, and my daughter had a tofu stir fry. Both were amply sized dishes, well-priced, and highly delicious. We also saw seitan on the menu which I look forward to trying next time. Don't forget to order a freshly made smoothie with your meal! I got the green smoothie which had celery, cucumber, and some other fruits-- it was so refreshing. Honduran food is pretty heavy on the meat, oil, and fats, so finding this place was literally like an oasis in the desert. They also have hammock chairs-- come on, how cool is that? Lastly, the staff was amazingly friendly. They called us a cab since it was late and we were laden with sleepy children. Next time I'm in Honduras, I would make a special trip to Teguz just to eat at Albedrío.
