At dinner time I was able to find maple brussel sprouts that were safe as well as original gardettos at the bar.

Vip lounge with vegan options - Edit
The airport is such an infuriating location when you're hungry and trying to get vegan options. Alaska Airlines lounge makes it just a little bit less so because you are treated like a VIP, everything is free except sometimes the entry, and there are multiple vegan options.
