Un ristorante con diverse opzione vegane a Biasca - Edit
Dal cambio di gerenza Il giardinetto ha ormai una pagina del menu dedicato ai piatti vegani (che trovo anche abbastanza ricercati) . Questa volta ho provato la cacio e pepe vegana ma non vedo l'ora di testare gli altri piatti. Purtroppo il tiramisù vegano non era disponibile .

Hôtel-Restaurant avec une carte « normale » et peu de choix végétarien/végane. J’ai pris des penne à l’ail, huile et chili et c’était bon mais bien piquant, pour 16frs. Par contre la bouteille d’eau facturée à 9frd c’était excessif…
