Menù degustazione piacevole ma da migliorare - Edit
Ho apprezzato di poter avere un menù completo come gli altri al tavolo. I piatti proposti sono buone idee ma non realizzate al massimo delle loro possibilità. Si vede che sono agli inizi con la cucina vegana e alcune materie prime non vengono sfruttate al meglio. Location molto elegante
