Creative delicious rolls!!! - Edit
Yay for way more options than just an avocado cucumber roll! The veggie roll menu was extensive and every roll was able to be veganized. Staff didn’t even flinch about accommodating vegans. I had the Guardians of the tofu roll and it was delicious! This place was pretty crowded on a Saturday but we only waited a few minutes to seat a party of 7. Both the omnis and the vegans were pleased!

Amazing Vegan Menu - Edit
This place is a regular for us. They have a full veggie menu (ask for any of it to be made vegan, no problem) with so many amazing options. They use lots of different unique ingredients and flavor combinations. I think I’ve tried every vegan option they have and have yet to be disappointed.

Really nice full page menu of Veggie Sushi…very ez to request these to be made vegan…A couple of rolls made with mushrooms and avocado were top notch, as well as another with Mango & Avo….restaurant will be joining the rotation!

Best Vegan Sushi in Santa Cruz - Edit
Went in expecting only a couple of vegan options, and not much in the way of taste. Was completely blown away when both of those assumptions were proved wrong! All the dishes we got were relishes, and surprisingly filling. Would recommend to any vegans or vegetarians missing the sushi taste. Any of their vegetarian sushi can be made vegan upon request.
