Open on Sundays - Edit
I have been to this branch of the Akakiko chain quite often. For a few years now the vegan items have been clearly marked. The food is tasty and the best thing about this place is that it is open on Sundays (while most other places that offer vegan food in Linz are closed on Sundays).

Nothing special, but the delivery service is useful.
Vegan choices are clearly marked on the menu.
UPDATE:
Apparently there was false information on the ingredients concerning vegan items. Probably there were traces of fish and milk in vegan menus :(
Would not recommend to go or order there until the problem is solved.
Cons: quite expensive, wrong labeling
