They had 3 choices of the mains and many for side plates. For my coeliac mum she could only have seaweed and a side of boiled rice.

I had the beyond meat ramen with spicy miso broth for takeout. That broth was so good and loved the silky tofu.

The ramen is great. I can’t wait to come visit again. I ordered the vegan ramen with the beyond meat and spicy miso. Great service as well. For me the portion was great and the price as well.

Went here with an all vegan group and we all enjoyed ourselves :). All of their broths can be made vegan - there are 7! They also have a vegan rice dish.

Multiple very solid vegan options, which is impressive in Toronto. At most other ramen places, I have to make substitutions to make it vegan, or there might be 1-2 options at most.
Huge bonus is they’re open late everyday and also available on Uber Eats.

Had three vegan ramen options plus vegan sides. All very clearly marked and similar prices to their meat counterparts. I had the vegan beyond meat plus beyond meat bao. Will definitely be back to try the other stuff

Ajisen has plenty of vegan options including 3 ramens, vegan harvest, beyond meat, and tofu vegetarian. They also specify on the menu that all their broths can be made vegan. Ajisen also have several starters including edamame, kimchi, or a vegan bao bun. I tried the beyond meat ramen with the spicy miso broth and it was delicious! The broth was so flavorful and delicious with all the toppings. Highly recommend! Especially for a nice lunch or dinner with a group of non vegans/vegetarians.
