Vegan Doordash

I found this restaurant from Doordash and love the veggie ramen. It is unique compared to Jinya.

shoyu ramyun

was excited 2 have their spicy vegan miso but dey took it off da menu. so i got da shoyu.

soup was overly salty & lack umami, had 2 add in tea to make it betta.
noodles tasted like store bot.
comes w/ grill'd shiitake but not season'd well.

got da "japanese purple yam pancake", it was stale like store bot frozen thrown in2 da oven.

their kimchi was rly good. seaweed salad, menma & otha toppings were average.

they got sum vegan yakitori & tempura dat i didnt get but 4 a ramen restaurant it's a pass 4 me.

gr8ful 4 da food though.
