There are 2 pre-selected vegan combination platters, a choose-your-own combination platter, as well as many a la carte vegan dishes ranging from red lentils (misir wot), split peas (kik alitcha), collard greens (goment), chickpea salad (shinbra selata), cabbage & potatoes (tikil gomen), string beans & carrots (fosolia), tomato salad (timatim selata), and lentil salad (misir selata). Every dish comes with your choice of injera or rice. Vegetable/lentil sambusa as appetizer. A pot of hot spiced tea is also available.
