We often order banh mi, bun chai or pho soup. All with tofu. When ordering in advance, it is also possible to order vegan stir fried noodles with vegetables, as you can state in the order that you do not want the egg. Too bad this isn't a standard option, and too bad that in the city centre outlet you do not even have the option to order in advance without the egg, because the noodles are really delicious.
