Agriturismo Terra Libera

I visisted Terra Libera in 2013 (sorry, I am a bit late with this review!) and it was a lovely discovery. It is an Italian-style countryside location which in this case is surrounded by some fields and forest. The location is rather suggestive in all seasons and the restaurant itself feels a bit like a mountain chalet.

It is only open weekends (or so it was when I went: you may want to check) and booking is recommended as there are not that many seats and it is pretty popular. They seem to always have a vegan menu which is a slightly deprived version of the vegetarian menu (including attractive cheese if you are that way inclined).

They usually do set menus which is another reason why bookings are essential: so you know what is on the menu and how much it will costs you. Definitely enjoyable!

The place is very pretty and quite - with rabbits jumping in garden, the staff is amazing and super friendly, and the food is simply delicious! Every time I went there I found something different on the menu, the cooks have a lot of imagination and love to create new alternatives to classical Italian dishes :) like lasagne with rosebuds or pizza with dandelion!
Terra Libera is also a place where kids can have fun in the garden learning about the animals sheltered there and organic plants and herbs!
