Local cuisine in a peaceful place - Edit
I've eaten in this informal restaurant several times for dinner in September. Many of their dishes are vegan or can be made vegan. I particularly liked the dish containing a variety of appetizers like caponata, rice ball, peperonata, beans and lentils soup, small tranche of pizza, to name just a few. On every evening the cook was very attentive to us and changed the appetizer so we could always try different things. I have also liked a lot their cavatelli (a type of pasta) with celery pesto, almonds and lemon peel. Even if it was not on their menu, I could also ask them for a dish with wholegrain rice and vegetables to be cooked for us the next day: they kindly accepted and that was also very good. They use seasonal local products, mostly from their land. It was very nice to eat dinner in their garden in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature.
