The Vegetarian Japanese - Edit
Very rich menu choices! Mostly Japanese(ramen, sushi, maki, tempura) and burgers! All vegetarian! Vegan options clearly stated. Although a bit pricey, the taste is yum! Makes me want to go back for more. Downside, the serving portions are a bit small. Hopefully they could make it bigger.
Pros: Very good food, Huge menu
Cons: small servings

All Veg Sushi in Manila! - Edit
The menu here is huge. All vegetarian, most things are not vegan, but can be made with a vegan option (the menu is clearly marked). They have vegan mayonnaise for the sushi, but personally I just prefer without. The wasabi wasn't that hot. Our first attempt at ordering a burger came out with cheese. After correcting, the burger was decent. We tried many kinds of sushi and maki, and most of them were good, but a bit expensive. Make sure you specify tofu mayo.
Pros: tofu mayo, veg sushi!, friendly staff
Cons: hard to find, not 100% vegan, pricey
