Out-of-this-world tacos - Edit
There are 4 vegetarian taco options and 1 vegan taco (as of end of July 2025). There are also several vegetarian “munchies”/appetizers including chips and different dipping sauces. All vegan and vegetarian options are clearly labeled.

I got the following: “The Boss Lady,” “The Bang Bang”, and “The Easy Ranchero.” I loved these, especially the Easy Ranchero. Actually, I went to bed dreaming about tacos after eating there and woke up thinking about it. By far this is the best place I’ve eaten at in Huntsville so far (here for a few days for work).
My colleague (vegan) got the “Vegan Quesa Jackfruit” tacos, and she was impressed; she even stopped to express her satisfaction to the staff.
There are a lot of options for non-veg folks in case you have friends/colleagues/family who are less inclined to the veg lifestyle.
Pros: Food Quality, Clear labeling, Atmosphere

Don’t get the jackfruit birria tacos - Edit
For the birria tacos, only the cheese had flavor to add to it. There were no spices that stood out. Also, the sauce looked like marinara and had a similar taste to it too.
