Not all Vegan - Edit
This restaurant boldly promotes itself as a "vegan restaurant" with English signs all around, but serves very little vegan. It's probably oversight, as many Buddhists in Taiwan turn a blind eye to the suffering of dairy cows, and so don't understand the difference between vegetarian and vegan (or pretend not to) despite the government's excellent labelling system.
Going by the menu food is the typically-overpriced pasta and other "international" food found at many upmarket restaurants in Taiwan. It would be much better to take the MRT one stop south to Guting Station and go to Ooh Cha Cha.
Note: I didn't eat there, and don't recommend doing so. This review is to warn vegan customers away, since it boldly advertises itself as vegan with English signs. I will happily update or remove this review if things change or someone who dines there can explain the situation better.
Pros: Inside Dictator (CKS) Memorial Hall (but plenty be
Cons: claims to be vegan but it's not, expensive
