Good place to come with a group of non-vegans and everyone wants ramen. They have exactly one vegan ramen and nothing else vegan on the menu except white rice and a few add on toppings. That being said, I actually enjoyed the ramen quite a bit, it wasn’t oily or too salty and the lightly grilled vegetables and burst tomatoes made for a lovely lunch. I also liked that they didn’t try to make it “meaty”; no fake char siu or soy mince, just a nice bowl of vegetables and noodles in broth. People who prefer a heartier ramen might not like it. The vegetables are almost certainly grilled on the same grill as the meat, for those who are especially concerned about contamination.
It's a shame that this isn't better since this is a ramen chain it would be very handy if this was an option all over the city. It is a really flavourless take on ramen, with watery broth and unseasoned vegetables. The sad thing is it's the most expensive dish on the menu! This is probably aimed at people who want a really light healthy meal, but if you're a tourist wanting to experience ramen don't bother. Even if the soup was tasty the amount of vegetables would still be disappointing. A couple of sticks of carrot, heads of cauliflower, a raddish and a few leaves was all I got.

Read morePros: Packed with vegetables , Well balanced soup, Super clean open kitchen lets you see everything
Cons: Literally just one non-meat option , On the pricier side for ramen, Meat and vegetables cooked on the same equipment
