Slow service - Edit
The one person behind the counter was polite, but she couldn't take my food order and send it to the kitchen until after she had finished making all the drinks for the couple in front of me. She finally did… then spilled it and had to start over. After waiting ten minutes without placing my order, I left.

Great for drinks, bad with food - Edit
Have a greater stock of vegan baked goods or at least know when they are coming in and offer vegan food items like the former owner did.

They started out having a few vegan options. Cheese, salads, etc... last time I was in they said they no longer have that stuff. So I was stuff with a bagel with peanut butter and a latte. Sometimes they will have vegan cookies in the cooler from a local bakery. Luckily they still have non dairy milk. Very disappointed
