Fantastic! - Edit
I spent a week at Aegeon with my partner in Sep 2024 (in the after-season) and it was an amazing time!
Read moreOur studio was one quite spacious room with a queen sized bed and a small kitchen area with a kettle and a French press coffee maker and a fridge (but no oven, microwave or stove - but also, we didn’t need any of that). The bathroom had a shower, toilet and wash basin, and was clean and also not too small.
The entire premises are designed with attention to detail. You can really feel how much love owners Sabine and Michi put into Aegeon - the entire facility is well maintained, and from the massive table in the breakfast/dinner area to the tasteful and subtle decoration all around, everything appears intentionally picked and placed.
Both Sabine and Michi make their guests feel welcome and are available for all kinds of questions before and during the stay - from rental cars (definitely recommended!) to activities. The numerous cats and dogs on the premises are well cared for and often came up to me for snuggles while I was reading , or chatting with other guests after dinner😻
I’m saving the best for last: THE FOOD.
You can have vegan or vegetarian versions of breakfast and dinner.
Breakfast was fresh, crisp rolls with (vegan) butter, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers with (vegan) feta, jam / honey, fresh fruit, and a (vegan) omelette or crepe - and of course tea or coffee with plant based milk alternatives.
Dinner was a surprise each night and consisted of several courses all served at once (see photos). The vegetarian and vegan versions were clearly set apart.
Quality wise, the food was OUTSTANDING - koeftete filled with vegan feta, stuffed peppers, grilled zucchini, stuffed mushrooms, fresh garlic pita bread, lentil salad with grilled peaches, moussaka, grilled eggplant, … it’s all mouthwatering deliciousness. I’ve rarely eaten such remarkable vegan food (also, my vegetarian partner agrees for the vegetarian versions).
Bottom line: we had a wonderful time at Aegeon, enjoyed fantastic food, had great conversations - and are already planning our next trip there. Recommend!!!

Traumhafte vegane Ferien! - Edit
Ich habe hier eine ganz ungezwungene, ruhige, entspannte und wunderschöne Zeit verbringen dürfen.
Read moreEs passte einfach alles. Paradiesische Umgebung, vorzügliches veganes Essen (ich habe selten bis nie so gut gegessen in den Ferien!😋), ganz herzlicher Kontakt und Bewirtschaftung der Gastgeber und gut gelegen ca. in der Mitte der Halbinsel auf einer Anhöhe.
Man ist völlig frei und kann jeweils am Vorabend entscheiden, ob man in der Unterkunft sich vegan bekochen lassen will oder auswärts essen möchte. Veganes Frühstück ist ebenfalls auf Wunsch erhältlich.
Alles wirkte auch sehr gepflegt und sauber, ich fühlte mich rundum wohl und kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!👍
Pros: Sehr leckeres veganes Essen, frisch und regional, Herzliche, familiäre Atmosphäre, Preis/Leistung passt vollkommen
Cons: Nicht in Strandnähe, dafür traumhafte Aussicht
