iTal is Vital! - Edit
iTal is Vital and is the reason I seek out Adwa when I visit Montego Bay, Jamaica. In fact, I’ll be back in July for Reggae Sumfest. With two locations, (876-952-6554, 876-952-8947) Mudada Hamand ascertains the fresh plant foods for my Jamaican brethren and sistas are some of the purest dishes in the world. Fresh fruit smoothies, a small library, nuts and seeds, pure ital food and conscious reggae playing are the key ingredients of this plant-based café. The servings are fulfilling and they only use whole foods such as brown rice. The Jerk Akee and Tofu and the Veggie Balls are my two favorite dishes.
Please stop in Adwa next time you find yourself in MoBay.
